Detached house. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between stepped coped gables; ashlar
stone end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays, of which bay 1 is a flat roofed extension of early C20. 16-pane sash
windows with shaped stone lintels to plain openings; pair Regency style part glazed doors to bay 3 set under timber
fret porch with flat roof. Interior not seen.
