Detached House. Early C19. Local lias stone in near ashlar, painted stone dressings; plain clay tile roof over stone
slate base course between stepped coped gables;. brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 8
panes, single to outer upper bays and doubled in centre, composite 4+8+4 pane sash window to lower outer bays all in
plain openings with flat voussoired heads; Regency style 6-panel door, with Chippendale style fanlight, to centre bay,
set in non-classical stone surround with simple hood, panelled reveals. Interior not seen.
