Cottage. C18 or earlier. Local stone cut and squared; plain clay tiles and pantiles, with one coped gable; brick and
stone chimney stacks. Complicated plan on wedge shape site, probably several tiny cottages originally; 2 storeys, 2 bay
north elevation to Old Hill with gable end: 3 light horizontal bar casement windows above and a small pane casement
lower bay 1, boarded door bay 2, with timber and tiled verandah along part of elevation. west elevation, one bay, has
composite sash windows of 8+12+8 panes at both levels: south facade to New Street has 2 gables, with marked straight
joint between: 3 C20 windows of varying types. Interior not seen.
