Cottage. Probably C19. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof with plain verges; brick chimney stacks.
Two storeys with attic, single bay. Side margined plain sash windows, the lower under dovetailed stone lintol; C20 part
glazed door under timber lintol to left; to right traces of a blocked doorway; raked roof dormer window in centre of
roof. Interior not seen. Part of varied row with good streetscape value.
