Cottage, probably 2 originally. Front of late C18/early C19. Local lias stone roughly squared and coursed, clay pantile
roof between abutments, with evidence of extension to rear; no stack. Two storeys; 2 bays irregular fenestration, with
16-pane sash window above and to lower bay 2: to lower bay 1 a 20-pane sash; the lower windows have timber lintols;
between bays an early C20 part glazed door with plain rectangular fanlight over; some straight joints in elevation.
