House in row, now estate agent's offices. Late C19 refronting. Local lias stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roof;
brick and stone chimney stacks. Two storeys, two bays. Plain sash windows under large stone lintol to first floor
floor; below small plain shop front with recessed door to right, bay 1; to bay 2 a composite plain sash window with
flat voussoired head. Interior not seen. Included primarily for overall streetscape value.
