Detached farmhouse. Probably late C16. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; undulating clay pantiled
roofs between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 'L'-plan; 2 storeys; 3-bay east elevation, of which bay 3 is a
one-bay projection. Hollow chamfered mullioned windows with square heads and labels; 3-light to bays 1 and 2 and return
to bay 3, 4-light to gable end bay 3 at both levels; some windows have iron framed opening lights and wrot iron stay
bars; in corner of bay 2 a cambered arched doorway with plain boarded door and early C20 timber and tiled porch deep
window recess in south gable which may represent a former doorway. Lean-to against north side and further extensions to
rear. Interior not seen.
