Shops with house. Probably C19 remodelling of C18 house. Brick, Flemish bond, Ham stone dressings, all colourwashed;
Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between coped gables; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 3 bays. Rusticated quoins to
first floor, cornice moulding, shallow plain parapet: plain sash windows above, set in architraves with keystoned
segmental arches and bracketted cills; below, timber shopfront across whole facade, with 4-panel door to left under
rectangular margined fanlight, then later C20 recessed shop windows and central doors under C19 hood on console
brackets to pilasters. Interior not seen.
