10/84 Shop 8 metres east of Norman House

Shop with house. Probably late C18, modified. Brick, Flemish bond, ground floor rendered, all colourwashed; plain clay
tile roof to shallow pitch with stepped coped gable to west, abutment to east; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3
bays. Above, 12 pane sash windows under dovetailed stone lintols with keystones; below, shopfront with 2-unit display
window, with bracketted hood over fascia, bay 1, then, spanning bays 2 and 3 a segmental arched throughway; entrance by
a C20 glazed door off the throughway, set in Regency pattern architrave. Interior not seen.
