Shop. C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, Ham stone dressings; flat or low pitched roof behind parapet; no chimney stacks. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Cornice mould, low plain parapet: mid-C20 shop front across ground floor, recessed door in centre;
above 12-pane sash windows in plain openings with rubbed brick flat arches. Interior not seen. Probably intended as a
deliberate match to premises adjoining to west, probably 50 years older. Primarily included primarily for group and
streetscape value.
