House at end of row. Early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, colourwashed on front elevation; plain clay tiles between
coped gables with ornamental finial; one brick end chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in
slightly segmental arched openings with gauged brickwork heads; in matching opening to lower bay 2 a part-glazed door.
Interior not seen. Averaging one metre in front of house, square wrot-iron railings with twisted arrowhead points on
low lias stone wall, cast iron finials to standards, no gate; all contributing to setting of house and streetscape
generally.
