Detached house. Early C19. Local lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof having
bracketted timber eaves overhang; stone and brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays by 3 bays. East - street -
elevation has sash windows in plain openings with voussoired flat arched heads, 12-pane below and 9-pane above; centre
ground floor has semi-circular arched recess in place of window. South entrance elevation similar, with blind window
upper bay 1 and open stone porch with Doric columns and full entablature to lower bay 2. Single-storey lean-to on north
side. Interior not seen.
