Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Cary stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof; ashlar stone chiiney stacks with +au14ei
caps. In a villa style. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain keystoned surrounds: central 400rwi>.
with half-glazed door under margined rectangular fanlight, set in plain raised surround with keystone. Single Etor+.y
additions on north side linking to farm buildings possibly of same date. Interior not seen.
