Detached farmhouse. Circa 1800. Local lias stone with Flemish bond red brick facade; double Roman clay tile roof
between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, probably with attic; 3 bays. Horizontal bar
casement windows, of 3-lights to outer bays and 2-light to upper bay 2 with gauged brick flat arches; to lower bay 2
boarded door with glazed toplights under flat timber hood with shaped brackets: a lower C19 extension against south
gable, having brick quoins to stone walls, no windows on front, but a clay pantiled lean-to at lower level North gable
rendered, it is the outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
