Detached farmhouse. C18. Ham stone ashlar facade, cut and squared work to sides and rear; double Roman clay tile roof
between high coped gables suggesting former thatch; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4-bays. Hollow-chamfer
mullioned windows without labels, 2-light above, and 3, 2 and 4-light below with no window lower bay 2, which has a
plain chamfered doorway with C20 door. Lean-to at rear, and also mid C20 extensions; interior considerably modified
(VAG Report, SRO Unpublished, l98l).
