Row of 3 cottages, possibly one farmhouse originally. C17 modified. Ham stone near-ashlar, rubble sides and rear; Welsh
slate roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Ovolo-mould mullioned windows in
wave-mould recesses, all 3-light, the lower windows with labels; between bays 3 and 4 a moulded cambered-arched doorway
with label set high. On south side, C20 windows; door and rear extension; C19 doorway in north gable. Interiors not
seen but reported is a 6-panel ceiling with moulded beams to north cottage, blocked cambered-arched fireplaces; centre
cottage not seen; little of special interest in south section. (VAG Report, SRO Unpublished, 1981).
