Detached cottage. Probably C18. Ham stone near ashlar, coursed rubble to sides and rear; double Roman clay tile roof to
shallow pitch between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Small-pane casement windows
of 3 lights, except lower bay 2, which has a hollow-chamfer mullioned 3-light window in a recess without label; between
bays a boarded door in heavy frame timber lintol. In north gable at low level an oval window with double trefoil
Gothic tracery, similar to one at Lower Witcombe Farmhouse (q.v). Interior not seen.
