Boundary wall and gateway. C18/C19. Ham stone near-ashlar. Wall about 1.25 m high, with thin coping, extending along
whole of east boundary of site, that is about 35 m: gateway against house now blocked, but further south a formal
gateway with square piers having chamfered plinth, frieze band (with one stone reset upside down), moulded cap with
pyramidal top: C20 timber gate. Boundary returns along south side for about 22 metres; the whole adding to the setting
of Manor Farmhouse (qv) and to the streetscene generally.
