Inn. C17 origins. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof with overhung gables; one brick and one
stone chimney stack. Two storeys, 4 bays irregular fenestration. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in chamfered
recesses, 2-light to upper bays 2,3 and 4, without labels, and below 2, 4 and 3-light with continuous label bays 2, 3
and 4 stepped up over a moulded cambered-arched doorway with incised spandrils bay 3; small 2-light stair window upper
bay 1, apparently blank below; single storey extension on north-east gable, with 3-light mullioned window to front and
4-light plain beaded mullioned window in north gable, this latter with label: to south a 2-storey, 2-bay stable wing of
later C19, under clay pantiled roof. Interior not seen. Formerly known as The New Inn.
