Detached cottage. C17/C18. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar dressings: double Roman clay tiled roof with tall
coped gable to southwest, plain gable to north-east; stone rubble chimney stack. Two storeys, 3-bay south-east
elevation, at right angles to road. Hollow-chamfered mulioned windows in chamfered recesses, the lower with labels, all
3-light, but to upper bay 2 a 2-light C20 casement window, and to lower bay 2 a boarded door in moulded flat arched
doorway. Extension to rear. Interior not seen.
