The Roundwell, about 5 metres south of No 11 North Street (not listed)

Spring and washing place. Uncertain date - the surrounding stonework could be C18. A small square well, about 450 mm
square, with chamfered semi-circular arched stone on north side with stone slab roof over; the rubble walls line a
channel running westwards, into which are set two stepping stones into the water.
