Detached house. C17 origins. Ham stone, some cut and squared, some coursed rubble, with ashlar dressings; double Roman
clay tiled roof with plain gables; yellow brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays irregular fenestration. Upper
windows C20 casements in ovolo-mould reconstructed stone surrounds; lower windows hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in
chamfered recesses, with labels, 5-light to bay 1 and 2-light to bay 4; to lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched
doorway under deep lintol with separate label, C20 boarded door: C20 single storey extension against north gable.
