Detached house. C19 probably. Ham stone near-ashlar; triple-roll clay tiles between stepped coped gables, with
gabletted finial to north-end; brick chimney stack on stone base at south end. Two storeys, 2 bays. Chamfer mullioned
windows in chamfered recesses under labels, 3-light bay 1 and 2- light bay 2, with iron framed opening light, the upper
windows being rectangular-leaded; between bays a chamfered plain doorway with label, having a part-glazed door.
