Farmhouse. C16 with modifications. Local stone cut and squared almost to ashlar, Ham stone dressings; plain clay tiled
roof with stone ridge between coped gables; stone end and intermediate chimney stacks. 2-storeys with attic, 4-bays.
Hollow chamfered mullioned windows with 4-centre arched leaded lights, 3-light to both levels of bays 1, 3 and 4;
moulded pointed arch doorway to bay 2 with plainer 2-light window above and plain single light to side. C20 door cut
into North gable, alongside a single-light window, now blocked; above a stairlight, and to attic gable a 2-light
mullioned window to match front. Rear elevation and formerly separate cottage, now with concrete tile replacing thatch,
much altered.
