Farmhouse, now house. C17 with extensive C20 addition. Local stone cut and squared with Ham stone dressings; plain clay
tiles with base course of stone slates and bands of fish-scale tile between coped gables; stone chimney stacks, "U"
plan, with South arm much extended; 2-storeys: West, entrance, facade of 3-bays random fenestration, with long 3-bay
addition projecting, Bay 1 gabled and projecting, with 3-light hollow chamfer mullined window with leaded light under
label, first floor level; bays 2 and 3 have 2- and 3- light windows to ground floor with cambered arch doorway between,
all with labels; single lights above without labels. East elevation similar character and little disturbed.
