Cottage, one of a row of 10, probably late C18. Local stone rubble, exposed timber lintels; thatch; massive brick end
stack. 2-storeys, 2-bays. Mostly modern plastic casements with leaded lights, with re-constructed stone and tile
porch to bay-2. Interior not seen. Frontage over-restored and of group value only: front boundary wall, rubble stone-
work 1.2 metres high, important to setting of house and row.
