Cottage. C18. Local stone rubble with Ham stone quoins, exposed timber lintels; double Roman clay tiles between coped
gables; one brick and one stone chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance door recessed in plain surround;
small pane casement windows probably of C19, but lower bay 3 has plain ashlar surround with plain mullions. Interior
not seen.
