Cottage. Probably late C18/early C19. Local stone rubble, exposed timber lintels; plain clay tile roof with plain
verges; brick intermediate chimney stack. 2-storey; 3-bays of which the left-hand bay is slightly recessed. 2-light
horizontal bar casement window to bay 1, elsewhere 3-light; plain entrance door to bay 1. Interior not seen. Attached
on East side to West Wells (qv); and in garden of this property the Washing Place (qv).
