(formerly listed ss 'Sunny Side'


Cottage. C17. Local stone roughly cut and squared with Ham stone dressings; thatched roof between coped gables; brick
end chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 2-bays. Ovolo-mould 3-light leaded casemented mullioned wwindows with labels over to
ground floor, above leaded casement windows partly let into thatch; right of bay -2 ground floor a later leaded
casement: between bays -1 and -2 a doorway with heavy frame and exposed timber lintel. Attached on South side is an
unnamed house, not included in listing.
