Cottage. Probably C18, modified. Local stone cut and squared with Ham stone quoins and dressings; Bridgwater patent
triple angle clay tiles on bargeboarded roof; brick end chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. 4-light hollow chamfer
mullioned windows without labels to ground floor bays -1 and -3, with boarded and studded entrance door between on
heavy frame with exposed timber lintel, protected by stone slab hood on wrought iron brackets: above 3-light timber
casement windows with single horizontal glazing bars.
