Farmhouse. Possibly late C17, with modifications. Local stoma rubble, in part cut and squared, with Ham stone
dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; modern brick end stack to North gable. Through passage plan
2-storeys, 4-bays. On ground floor hollow chamfered mullioned windows with labels to bays -1, -2 and -4; flat headed
doorway to bay-3; above, 3-light casement windows with single horizontal glazing bars. On North gable a bulge
indicating possible oven position, and on North East corner a massive single-stone gatepost.
