Cottage. C17 fragments. Local stone with Ham stone dressings; plain clay tile roof continuous with neighbours; brick
chimney stack. 2-storeys, 2-bay irregular fenestration. 2-light hollow chamfer mullioned window with label and
inserted casements, lower bay-1, elsewhere plain chamfered mullioned 2-light windows without labels: plain doorway
between bays -1 and -2. Interior not seen. May have formed part of Bridge Cottage to West (qv) and/or part of the
reputed sailcloth factory to East now Nos. 5 to 8 Coker Hill (qv).
