Pair of cottages. Mid C19. Ham stone ashlar (cut and squared to sides and back); double roof with double Roman clay
tiles with overhangs and decorated bargeboards to gables; brick chimney stacks to rear. 2-storeys with attic, one
gabled bay to front of each house. Small pane casement windows of 3-lights to ground and 2-light to first and second
floors: pair plain doors between the windows. Interiors not seen. Included for the variety they add to an interesting
group in the centre of the village.
