Cottage, Dated 1805 with C17 origins. Local stone rubble with Ham stone dressings; undulating plain clay tile roof
between stepped coped gables; brick, stone and rendered end and intermediate chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 4-bays,
3-light timber casement windows with horizontal glazing bars; some with exposed timber lintels, except in lower bay-2
which has beaded and architraved surround 3-liqht mullioned window; architraved boarded door between bays -2 and -3.
Datestone in West gable of 1805. Interior not seen. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, October 1972).
