Cottage. Dated 1704. Local stone rubble with Ham stone ashlar dressings; undulating Welsh slate roof between coped
gables; brick end chimney stack. 2-storeys, 1-bay. 16-pane sash windows, the lower with exposed timber lintel; to
right 6-panel door (4 glazed) in plain beaded ashlar recess; stone plaque over door reads 'J EH 1704'. Interior not
seen. 2 metres from house the North boundary wall in local stone rubble, about 3 metres high: important for impact in
the Street scene. Attached on right is No.23 High Street (qv).
