Pair of cottages. Probably C18. Local stone rubble coursed; plain clay tiles over 2 base courses stone slates between
stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays total. Timber casement windows under exposed timber
lintels, of 3-lights bays -1 and -3; 2-light casement upper bay-2 shared between two houses, and below two plain
boarded doors, that to No.6 set in heavy frame - joinery to No.6 generally older than to No.4. Later outshut to rear
of No.6; flat roofed extension to No.4. Interiors not seen.
