Cottage. C19. Local stone rubble with Ham stone dressings; clay pantiles between stepped coped gables; brick end
chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays, set at right angles to road. West elevation has small pane wooden casements with
exposed timber casement windows below, mostly 2-lights but upper outer bays are 3-lights; central boarded door in plain
ashlar surround with heavy lintel. Interior seems little changed, with contemporary fireplaces, staircase, boarded
doors and partitions. Reputedly to have previously been a sailcloth store.
