4/37 Old Mill House

Detached cottage. Probably C18. Local stone, rendered and colourwashed; thatched roof with plain south gable,
half-hipped to north; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Horizontal-bar casements of 3 lights, the upper
windows of earlier pattern, the lower deeper and probably C19: to lower bay 3 a boarded door set in open timber and
thatched porch. Lean-to against north gable, and extension to rear. Interior not seen. Presumably this house had
connections with the former Donyatt Flour Mill which stood opposite, now demolished.
