Detached cottage. Probably C18. Has stone rubble, with some very large stones; thatch with some coped gables, some
plain; brick chimney stacks. L plan; 2 storeys, 3-bay east elevation of which bay 1 is a gabled end, now rendered with
C20 small-pane casements and C20 glazed door; bays 2 and 3 have older casements, 2-light above and 3-light lower bay 3,
with small pane inserts; to lower bay 2 a plain doorway with ashlar surround, boarded door with glazed panel, set in
open timber and tiled porch: matching windows in return. C20 extension to rear.
