Cider cellar. C18. Local stone rubble; half hipped thatched roof. Two storeys, 3 bays with collar and tie-beam trusses.
The cider cellar totally above ground, timber-framed with heavy chamfered beams: large double doors on south side under
continuation of lain roof, and boarded door to right at first floor level with detached ladder stair, unglazed opening
with closely placed vertical timber bars below. Doorway in east gable with shutters above in both end gables. Cider
press removed since 1983 (January 1986). (SSAVBRG Report, unpublished SRO, June 1983).
