Detached farmhouse. Early C19, possibly with earlier fragments. Ham stone cut and squared; double Roman clay tiled roof
between high coped gables suggesting former thatch; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays
irregular fenestration. Small-pane casement windows of 2:2:3:3 lights above, with 3-light below, with only one window
between bays 1 and 2, timber lintols with relieving arches over to lower windows; to right of lower bay 2 a late C19
timber and tiled porch, with margined windows, boarded inner door. Long single-storey building attached to west gable:
outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
