(Shown as Rose Cottage on 0.S. Map). Detached cottage. Possibly C18. Ham stone rubble; Welsh slate roof between stepped
coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Horizontal-bar casement windows of 3 lights, the lower
with baystoned lintels; between bays 2 and 3 a 4-flush panel door with shingle and timber hood. Against east gable a
2-storey 2-bay extension with cedar shingle roof, half hipped at east end, the roof having eyebrow sweeps over upper
windows, matching window and door with hood in east gable. Interior not seen.
