Former farmhouse, now divided. C17 origins, modified. Ham stone coursed rubble; thatched roof with half-hipped north
gable and plain to south; brick chimney stacks. Single-storey with attic, 9 bays of irregular fenestration. Horizontal-
bar casement windows of 2 and 3 lights under timber lintels; similar windows above, set into roof in bays 2, 5, 6 and
7: part-glazed 6-panel door in heavy frame to bay 5, having thatched hood on timber brackets; C20 part-glazed door to
bay 8. North gable has C20 door and casement windows, and there is an outshut to the rear north-east corner; one
casement window to south gable, and a late C18 extension eastwards from south-east corner having Welsh slate roof; 2
bays, of which upper bay 2 has a 3-light leaded casement with iron- framed opening light; leanto against east gable of
this extension. Interiors not seen.
