5/89 Outbuilding about 5 metres east
of The Beeches

GV II

Waggon shed and other buildings. Probably C18. Ham stone, cut and squared to west end, rubble to east; thatched roof,
half-hipped to west and fully hipped to east. Single-storey with part loft, 4 bays. Bay 1 has a 4-centre arched doorway
with timber lintel, and bay 2 a small-pane window in a matching opening; bay 3 has a pair of wide doors with 3 centre
arched tops, under a timber beam carrying a brick panel with a casement window; bay 4 plain. Interior not seen.
Building has important group value with The Beeches (q.v.).
