the description shall be amended to read:

House. Late C18/early C19. Ham stone; partly cut and squared, partly
coursed rubble; double Roman clay tiled roof with plain gables; brick
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays, of which bay 1 may be a C19
extension or a rebuild. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows, those to
bays 3 and 4 set in chamfered recesses, bay 1 has 3-light windows to
both levels, and upper bay 2 a 2-light; lower bays 3 and 4 are 4-light
with labels, and are of an earlier pattern; coped gables over all
upper windows, bay 1 larger; the windows to upper bays 3 and 4 may
have been heightened: to lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched
doorway with deep lintel and label over, having a plain boarded door.
East gable has C20 casement windows; lean-to extension at rear.

casement windows; lean-to extension at rear. West gable has a throughway, and then a matching range of buildings,
angled around the corner, now adapted for use as garages. Interior not seen.
