2/114 Former granary or dovecote about
40 metres south of Littlefields

GV II

Former granary or dovecote, now stable. Probably C18. Ham stone cut and squared; double Roman clay tiled roof between
stepped coped gables with gabletted finials, set high suggesting former thatch. Single 2-storey building. In north
gable a small 2-light casement at high level, and in south gable a loft door: in west wall a C20 window under timber
lintel and wide door on heavy frame, with timber pitched-roof hood. Interior not accessible. Of considerable group
value with Littlefields (q.v.).
