Former coachhouse converted into private house. Probably early C19, modified later C20. Ham stone ashlar; Welsh slate
roof between stepped coped gables; stone chimney stack. Single-storey with attic, 5 bays. Elliptical-arched openings
with keystones, the central wider and higher in 2 orders with imposts: casement windows to outer bays; 12-pane sash
windows to bays 2 and 4 set in former doorways, in recesses with rendered surrounds; central arch also rendered, with
two 12-pane sashes flanking a 6-panel door set under semi-circular arched hood. Interior not seen. House has important
