Farmhouse. C18. Ashlar, slate roof, coped verges, end brick stacks. Symmetrical; 2 storeys, attic, 3-light
stone-mullioned windows in architraves, central architrave door opening, 6-panelled door, C19 iron verandah with
corrugated tent-canopy hood. Lower height brick outshut to right, tile roof, one bay, a 2, a 3 and a 4-light
stone-mullioned window, to ground floor with stopped labels; through carriageway to right. High brick garden wall with
a freestone coping to left. Squared rubble wall to roadside with coping, railed forecourt with ashlar end piers and
intermediate piers, iron railings, urn finials. Gateway with incurved ashlar walls to right, ashlar-piers, one rebuilt
in reconstituted stone.
