Outbuilding, now house. Aslar front, coursed and squared rubble on returns, brick to gable face, double-Roman tiled
roof. Two-light stone-mullioned windows to ground floor, transomed, C20 iron casements, square-paned leaded lights,
quadrants, C20 reconsituted stone 2-light mullioned windows on first floor; twin cambered-head door openings on ground
floor, C20 glazed doors, continuous stopped label at first floor level. Attached brick and rubble wall with a freestone
coping to left.
