Mid C19 building, probably associated with Watchet and Williton Gas Light and Coke
Company. At right-angles to South Road. Red sandstone roughly-squared and coursed,
dressed stone window reveals and voussoirs. Slate roof, 2 brick chimney stacks.
Two-storeys. Four windows front to south, sashes with glazing bars. Off-centre
gabled porch, segmental headed doorway, panelled door. Gable end to South Road
with shaped stone brackets supporting coping. Two sash windows with glazing bars,
segmental heads. North elevation with 2 first floor sash windows with brick surrounds.
Later extension at west end. Stone wall to roadside with stepped coping supported on
brackets. Plain boarded door to right, 2 square stone gate piers to left.
